Unhygienic. Rooms are dirty and uncleaned No tv functionality Things are not available in Kitchen No Wi-Fi

The place is not maintained at all, the beddings and things are old and smells a lot. The washroom is dirty and taps are broken. The staff is good and also complained about the condition of the hotel

होटल के रूम बनाए अच्छे हैं किंतु पुराने हो गए हैं फर्नीचर भी पुराना हो गया है अंदर से अलमारियां टूटी हुई भी हैं मेंटेनेंस प्रॉपर नहीं है पार्किंग व्यवस्था भी भी छोटी है फोर व्हीलर आने में एप्रोच रोड भी सही नहीं है सर्विस के लिए कर्मचारी भी कम है बाकी होटल ठीक है एवरेज है

It is a very poorly managed property. Location is good. It's on the highway itself. Bedsheets and towels were not clean. Rooms were very unhygienic

Very bad experience, not stayed there, book another hotel, staff behaviour not good, advise for other please book other hotel, they asking for extra money

Very poor service. Tv not working. Room telephone not working. Nobody responds at reception. Receptionist is not giving attention. Talking on phone only. Very very wrong selection.

Worst experience my fault i have not to book with mmt 1. Shower not working. 2. Ac not cooling 3. Curtans all damaged 4. Sofa damaged not able to seat as well as. 5. Even in bathroom water not in appropriate flow 6. Whole night fan singing bad song i suggest you to stay one from mm t team you guys realize i have to pay as per your guidelines what i ll get? i never use mm t now onwards. With this scenario. If mm t is brand of consumers centric so refund my amount or book my next trip as per own his cost

Very dirty rooms, unhygenic washroom, very unsupportive staff, front desk doesn't want to help you, terrible and worst food

Staff behaviour very very very bad manager was asking for extra money and declined my booking and refused to cancel the booking i lost my money also.

I booked 1 room for 2 adults, when i reached the hotel destination so the receptionist told me, "you have to book 2 room 1 is for you and 2nd is for your partner. So i have to pay extra charges for early check-in and double charge for a couple in a single room.

Hotel charge extra amount

The hotel was average stay, required some cleanliness in the washroom. The bed mattress also required some repairing. The food was good and the staff was courteous as well. It is in the heart of the city and everything is easily accessible, restaurant food was good and enjoyed.

Issue ghatiya hotel main e apna zindagi me nah i dekha. Please e ladkiya tw is hotel me bilkul safe nah i ha-iii or itna bekar staff kosi ko bhi manners nah i hai.

Very good location. Basement parking available. Stay was comfortable and reception and staff helpful.

The room was very poor, even the washroom was not clean. I have booked a deluxe room, but after looking at the room condition, i don't feel it was a deluxe room.

Room was dirty, toilet was not cleaned, towel beds everything was pathetic. Service was very poor. I will rate it negative.
