Most arrogant hotel reception personal

This was our 3rd time to hotel kokan spice, we had booked 1 a/c and 1 non a/c, the stay was good, staff is co-operative, also the room service was good

Great location, ambiance and service. Also very tasty food. It was a very good experience. Would highly recommend.

Hotel's facilities was not that much i paid money. Room are not cleaned. Bad smell, ac was not properly worked

It was my first solo trip and i booked hotel through make my trip, actually it was not my first choice so i was little sceptical i got room on second floor ( hotel is without lift ) but surprisingly second floor was not a botheration room was neat, clean and well maintained. Service was good staff was polite, cordial and helpful, they helped me to arrange local transport as well as guided me on my return journey they allowed me entry earlier than my reservation time food was good ( i had only 1 meal as breakfast was not included) overall it was please n experience.

For staying, this is a good option. Also hotel staff maintain cleanness of premises.

Good and pleasant stay good service food was mouthwatering

One of the best budget hotel to stay in kudal. Location right by highway. I stayed here for 3 days, and it was overall comfortable stay. Although rooms are small in size but well maintained. Staff is cooperative. Overall food is also good not too great. So overall in my next trip too will try to stay here

We stayed at hotel Spice Kokan on 18th May 2022 . It was a very pleasant stay . Though the property is road - touch one , it was very quiet place . The staff at the reception is very humble and efficient . The lobby area is decent . We spent a lot of time going thru d book. The wall - paintings everywhere were wonderful . We had a room on the first floor . There wasn't any view from the room . The room was sufficient enough for 2 persons . AC , cleanliness , amenities. , bed everything was perfect . We had our dinner at the restaurant which was very decent place . The decor was nice nd the food was delicious .we found many local people coming there with families which indicated that the food nd the service is good . The check - in nd check - out process was easy nd quick . We thank MMT for suggesting such a nice hotel .

Room service is very poor I called thrice towards my ordered food before 1 hour but they din delivered .which resulted let us go out for eating food .rooms are relatively small and uncomfortable too

Pefect, local market is 5 min away. Enough parking space.

Hotel is very good neat and clean

Food quality was good but it was over priced not value for money
You should sanitize the room every day as well change all the linen and bedsheet and wash bathroom everyday, i stayed there for three night and you haven't cleaned my room once in three day really pathetic and unhygienic condition you kept me in.

It was really nice stay. Location is best, easily reachable. Only the tariff is little on higher Side as compared with others nearby.

Food is overpriced and average. No lift you will have to walk all the way up with your luggage.

No hot water in the bathroom, transportation not available from the Hotel to bus Station or railway Station. Overall not good not bad as per the rate.

Neat and clean, good food, prompt service good stay
