it's a Beautiful Property...The Staff were very Nice and Cooperative. The food was nice otherwise though the quality and variety of breakfast could be worked upon. just 1 complaint - Probably the Bar was newly opened and they were not accepting Card but saddest part was that they asked for money in advance even before serving which was in a way very insulting...The management should look into matters like these and improve it's a Beautiful Property...The Staff were very Nice and Cooperative. Had a lovely and peaceful stay at Hotel Sonar Bangla, Kolaghat. The riverside location is beautiful and perfect for a short getaway. Rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a serene view. The staff was courteous and responsive, making our stay comfortable. The food was delicious, especially the Bengali dishes, and room service was prompt. Amenities like the garden, poolside seating, and indoor games added to the relaxing vibe. Overall, a great place to unwind with family or friends. Highly recommended for those looking to escape the city and enjoy a scenic, comfortable stay by the river

Location Good. Rooms are specious.Behaviour of Hotel persons r Good. Breakfast is also good. Food quality is good but rates r high. Spa is not at all good. One suggestion lighting on river side r very good. But at least some powerful lights can be installed particularly for rainy season Location Good. Stay was excellent. First time visiting Kolaghat. Food was perfect -- not too oily. Room (Superior Deluxe) and balcony were massive. Very well furnished with top-class lights, upholstery, and furniture. There's even a glass ashtray in the balcony table for smoking. HK and food staff are quick to arrive if needed. Swimming pool is fantastic, as is the gameroom. Overall, really satisfied.

This was our 2nd visit to Hotel Sonar Bangla Kolaghat and I can't complain about anything. Loved the property, the room, the food and hospitality of the staffs. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to just chill for a weekend with family or friends.

The stay was awesome with ample room space. As I had booked a quadruple suite, it offered me more than enough space. The quality of the food could be better according to the price pinch. Overall the stay experience was excellent.

This is an excellent resort to go with your family and friends if you are planning a weekend getaway. We would love to visit again. The staff was very courteous, and the food was delicious. Was worth every penny..

Overall very good stacation with beautiful rupnarayan riversde view with all amenities including maintained swimming pool and gym and food was tasty and reasonable at the restaurant. Best location for weekend family trip.

It was a great experience, the staffs and hospitality is awesome. The property is well maintained and nice decorated.

All are good but swimming pool condition is very bad please clean immediately, after swim body is itching

Very well maintained and spacious rooms with balcony that has amazing views. Swimming pool is also top notch. Must recommended to stay here for a very short getaway.
