Unprofessional staff & policies unhygienic no dining facilities, not even breakfast never recommend / visit

Dirty room don’t chose railway station ke waiting room bhi isse 100 time best hote hai ise kabhi mat choose kare seelan ki smell wale dirty room 5 star room ka price isse acha room toh

The room was not clean, was giving another room instead of what had been booked, had to check at 5:30 in the evening, no tea, breakfast, nothing was arranged

My experience is very bad in life no drinking water dirty bedding no room service

There was no hot water to take a shower on arrival. In the room wall plaster all over the night tables. The fan was on only on full speed control button was not working at all. They charge the money for breakfast but did not give us any choice except one or two items.

Good environment & good waiters.

I booked for 2 days and the day i checked in i have been requesting to start the tv dish balance was over and nobody care to get it working after multiple request no action. Bathroom was dirty no dustbin in the room. Quilt was dirty even after request nobody bother to change. Too too bad

Too far from City, intercom not working, tea kettle not working, not value for money.

No one of staff available in hotel after 11 Pm only 1 at reception. Room cleaning is delayed after lunch and dinner served in room. Only 2 point is the property is nice and the lady at reception Sonia is very hospitable so one would keep aside the points.

Pathetic hotel. Dead insects spread on bed sheets. Room stinking of Dampness, no hot water, water kettle not working on the room, worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Disappointed and wasted my money. Hope you can refund it.

Hotel management is highly unprofessional. As they don't value commitment levels

The Hotel is located on the main road, so there was no trouble in finding it. Rooms are newly built, nice and spacious with balcony at both ends. The service was a bit slow as there was a shortage of efficient staff members. Food is good and available at reasonable rates. But the hotel lags behind in cleanliness and basic facilities such as water supply, TV.
