Hotel Signature New Digha

Beach Point hotel Room No. 208 Punch List: 1. Food was tasty and healthy. 2. Room was good 3. Service was good, prompt and regular 4. The toilet needed an Exhaust Fan 5. AC Remote was not working 6. Door mats are over-used and unclean 7. The Celling Fan switch is in a hard to access area. 8. Celling Fan regulator is uncontrollable. 9. No towel rod available near the wash basin 10. Water overflows commode when flashing.

room was not as much expected as shown in the picture, also many of the amenities mentioned in the description was missing or not working.

Room Size average and not Ran Tv and ac old model but staff behaviour was good Food Quality Average..

It was a great stay and honestly best place in Digha. We enjoyed a lot specially food is yummy and service staffs are just awesome, very polite and friendly. They never say no for anything, making food out of menu and on request they all food available. Clean and Hygienic room.

This is the best place to stay and enjoy the time with family. Staffs are very friendly clean and hygienic property, food is just awesome. Whatever we asked for never heard no from them. I prefer and will always suggest my friends to book this hotel signature whenever visit in goa.

Very beautiful and top level of hygiene maintained. Food is best i have ordered for my daughter and they specially cook special meals for her. Staff is very polite and very fast service. Love the place out of busy place. I prefer best of best hotel in digha.

Toilet seats were broken.. Very less staff.. far from beach.. avg food.. very bad exp... bed sheet were full of holes..

It was very bad experience service was not good and food was also very expensive and tasteless also. So we recommend please prefer outside restaurant for food thank you.

Very poor behaviour of Receptionist he is very Rude ,room service is bit better. very far from beach every time you need Toto to reach Beach I will not recommend anyone to visit this hotel plenty are there nearby.

Hotel is clean, behavior of staffs good.

The room was good but the bathroom was note cleaned properly before our check in. The behavior of the staffs were quite rude. They need to be trained on how to behave with customers. I personally feel they behaved like this because we booked the room from male my trip, because there is a huge difference in price of make my trip and direct booking. I would request make my trip team to take note of these kind of issues

The staff members were not professional, the service was very delayed and not good. Altogether poor to say the least
