A little disappointing

Firstly they did not recognize the online booking I have done. Then they have excuse that after 12 we don't pick calls. Then after they directed me to a hall given a single bed. Which is not actually a bed. I think it was a table. No washroom maintenance.

Manager, security guard are very rude and bad person. Does not provide all facilities. Charge extra money at the Hotel. And there is not at all cleanliness. Gives warning of police if u don't pay extra
