Hotel Shubham Palace

Complementary break fast is not available on time and most of time they avoid to provide break fast .

The non AC room is not worth staying. Rooms are too suffocating, damped. the floor is moisty. We did not feel comfortable to stay there for even one night. the mentioned ammenties are not provided. for example there is no working tv. I don't know about room conditions in other room. Apart from that the behaviour of staff is good. in house restaurant food is decent and comfortable. there is place for open car parking beside the hotel. There is not much option around this place the neighborhood is kind of full and crowded because of nearby market area. if room conditions were good I would visit again. otherwise it is not worth to spend a day. I am not usually picky about room but this one is unusual. I would think about staying in this room only if I have some emergency.

Horrible experience we faced during our stey at sub-ham palace on 24th night. We have allotted two room (202&404. Ac and fan regulator were not functioning although we requested the manager repeatedly in this regards. However, no remedial action was taken. Room number 404 was a six bed dormitory and bathroom conditions are horrible. Door latch was broken. There was no tv in the room. We leaved the hotel in the morning without taking our complimentary breakfast. Makemytrip should refund our booking money for the inconveniences we have faced during our one night stayed at shubham palace. Regards

Rooms are not in good condition. Bed is mall not enough for 2 adult and one kid. Blanket is not in good condition. Food taste is ok but very very over priced.
