They are cheating the money. We booked ac room but they didn't provide us. The manager was arguing and said go out if u need ac room. Worst experience

Very worst with the hotel side as they dint provide us with ac room though we booked ac and paid. They said us to see other hotel. Then there was cockroach in the rooms

Sorry sir i am very very bad experience for on this hotel staff of good no problem but one staff it's very rude is begging rowdy

Low maintenance in the room and water issue and also some bad smell coming in the room, so please improve the quality

Hi arrived at the hotel and was confronted by a angry man on reception that asked me what country i was from. I said "united kingdom" and he refused to let me into the hotel or give me money back that i had already paid via the internet. Very disopinting and upsetting

None of the amenities were there. There is no proper cleaning. Rooms filled with cockroaches. No toiletries provided. Even blanket and towel has been given based on the request, but the cleanliness is questionable. If you need hot water you have to carry a bucket to floor lobby and you have to carry every time to your room. The ac system is the one of its kind which i have never witnessed in my stays all these years. The control of ac is with the reception person. No remote in room. You have to call him every time to switch on/off and temperature up/down. Overall a path ethic stay and will not recommend for any families henceforth. Don't know how make my trip verifying and listing such properties

The hotel shree sheela is the worst stay ever i had in my life. There are 20 rooms all the rooms are vacant. First they gave one non ac room in the 2nd floor. The bath room lock was not there but they said ask some one to lock from outside. Which we refused to do so. Then they gave another room there also the same situation. Then they gave another room there also the same condition. Then 4 th room only the lock was there. The cost of the door hundi( lock) will cost only rs 10 but in-spite of telling them the fact they did not fix the same for all the 4 days we stayed in the hotel. The room was so dirty and there was a lot of cockroaches flying once we enter the room after we get back to the hotel after we finish the office work. None of the wooden cup boards having any handle. The don't wash the bed spreads they change the bed spreads and the pillow covers from the other room which was already used by some one when we ask for water bottle they say they don't give water in bottles even for cost. They give in water jugs which was not hygienic. The ceiling fan making lot of noise we couldn't sleep. No daily cleaning of the rooms i think this certificate is sufficient enough to not to recommend for any one in future.

I arrived around 11pm after a long train journey and the night receptionist didn’t know i was coming. Even I call the hotel to let them know about my late check-in but they didn’t communicate the information. This kind of things are very annoying especially when you are so tired. Plus, the room was not clean.

Good and comfortable

I have booked executive triple room, they provided deluxe double room. When asked about that through mmt, hotel management telling, we accepted to checkin for deluxe double room. How anyone can accept to degrade a room.

Good rooms. Good maintenance. Very close to the beach and town. Good service as well. Happy with our stay here.

Rooms were filthy the attendant was drunk even the lights weren't working properly it was a scary atmosphere certainly not a place to stay with your family

This is a 2 star hotel with basic amenities. The receptionist, hotel owner and attender and every staff were so sweet. If you don't mind room ambience and if you are looking for a budget stay you can stay here as it just 500 m from nagercoil jn.

The room given was dusty and the shelves were broken. Warm water was not available for bath. Kyc was not taken. Bill was not provided. No soap, no towels. No bed cover. Worst experience.

1) they are not aware that their rooms had been booked by makemy trip. The ac was controlled outside of room as well as it was not cooling properly.

On road and walking distance from nagercoil junction. Near kottar bus stop.

Dirty linen. Dirty beddings. Horrible experience. Rates are much less while booking directly.

Night staff nature was not cordial, we reached hotel at 11:00pm after long journey, he didn't not gave room immediately but procrastinating his work for no reasons and made us more tiring, very bad hotel, will not suggest

Only advantage is walkable distance to nagercoil station. Since we had train at 6 am we booked this hotel. But there is no service. No hot water for shower. No sheets provided. Dirty towels. Not so good bathroom and lot of mosquito friends at night.
