Rooms were damp and dirty. Bedding was stained and stinking. The receptionist/hotel staff was least bothered about anything asked. Were shouting and talking loudly till 1 in the night and from 5 in the morning. Had to go twice or thrice to ask them to keep their voices down as we were trying to sleep. No complimentary water bottle/towels were provided.

Food served was fresh and good however was overpriced. cutlery was very old ,even at home we do not use such cutleries. Rooms are spacious but need upgradation. . very old style. even corridor was smelly. TV did not work during our stay. They have placed carrom and board game in common area with my kids engaged. Staff is friendly..

Average hotel at the price

A budget hotel, little old built, but good at the price. Food is great. However, the hotel staff is not available when you need, no intercom to call them. Towel was wet, furniter had dust in corners, microscopic tv was of no use. On top of it, hotel management had a pinch of errgoanace, and not ready to addtess concern of guests.

Hello sir, sorry from our end for towel, furniture dust. TV was working then also and now also. Only on your demand we changed your room from "standard" to "double sharing deluxe facing lake with balcony" so please don't mention that your concern was not addressed, also as you know the cost of this changed room was rs room, you paid only rs And you should also be aware of ill-mannered and rudely you have argued with our lady staff when she was requesting you to modify room from the mmt app portal itself. Also fyi, we have a landline at our reception.
