towel provided was dirty , so many mosquitoes in hotel room. bedsheet was tactfully used as upside down. room lights were not functional, only 2 lights operational. kitchen, when I visited inside, was very very dirty, as like railway toilet. R.O plant was disgusting, full of spider webs and dirt. overall a pathetic hotel. ,With smelly rooms,and choked washbasins. My room no. was 203. on 28,dec.2024.

1) bed sheet not cleaning 2) towel not cleaning 3) bathroom- shampoo basic not required enter the room 4) water bottle is not in room when i'm enter the room

Sartaj hotel did not provide ac, towel and 2 hours electric cut

Very bad room and no clean room and no ac in room very bad facilities in hotel i m stay in hotel only 4 hours

I booked a hotel through makemytrip application, in which I took a deluxe room but after reaching there the owner gave me an executive room, due to which I felt sad, so I contacted makemytrip and told him my problem, after that he gave me the room which I had booked, 🫶 thanks to makemytrip ❤️🤗

room is uncleaned, dustbins are full whole room is smell washroom is uncleaned. no soap in washroom . charging plugs not working

Room was really dirty , washroom was not cleaned at all. Sink was clogged. Tv was not working.

Room is too short and not cleaned properly. Good for single person only, not recommended for families Specifically with kids as bed is too short for three people. Staff is good and helpful but food is disgusting. Many good option outside for food.
