Great food and hospitality, friendly staff and located a bit away from hustle but yet near to beach

Excellent room service, food was fantastic including the ambience of the restaurant(a bit expensive but the taste justifies it. Location is quite appropriate, new digha beach and other important places are easily accessible. I would surely recommend this place for visit to new digha

Everything is good in this price range. Only thing can be better is the ac controlling. They don't provide remote in the room that's why guests are unable to modify the temparature

staff behaviour and hotel ambience both are excellent,well maintained hospitality staffs are very servicable. i will give 5star to the property. My next visit will be on August again to the same property. Thanks again to the Star Group for such a well maintained hospitality.

Excellent staff behavior, well decorated interior and superior quality food

Rooms were quite good, location was also good just 1km from New digha beach. But the washroom was so smelly, it was horrible and couldn't use because of the smell. I would have given 4star to the hotel but because of that washroom I am giving 3.

Staff were very helping, and well behaved. Arrangements in room splendid. Food was also cost-effective but very tasty

In this price point 3000- above per night rooms quality was very disappointing, no washroom towel, no electric kettle, balcony view was very disgusting, not at all provided any washroom usage equipment, this is just a normal standard ac room not a super deluxe category room. But only satisfactory part is food and servicing, that is excellent no doubt.

Although, hotel & room are clean but they totally lack on professional services. Source of food is small canteen inside hotel but with very limited options and very restricted time table. Staff take long time to understand & deliver what requested by customer. Most surprising thing is that in night no manager caretaker/ reception stay at hotel except one gatekeeper, intercom switched off, lift switched off. In case of any emergency one will keep searching for hotel staff. In nutshell, property is good but managed horribly. We booked for 2 night stay but left after staying only one night due to such a poor service and unsafe environment. Need lot of improvement to improve its hotel quality.

Location good food ok no hygiene and no driver lounge

Room was not clean, bathroom situation was horrible, tap and flush was not working properly, no good parking, overall it was poor stay experience.

1) location is very convinient. Just behind amravati part. Aprox 10 minutes walking distance to new digha beach. Good for family with kids as both wanderland (kajal dighi ) and amravati parks are 4-5 minutes walk. 2) propery is relatively new and in good health 3) maintenance and safety is little low. Door-latches, bathroom fitting are highly in-gored from maintenance perspective

Far from beach. Look for near beach hotels avoid booking

The hotel service was very very poor, bathroom and toilet service are very bad. Kitchen sevice was very bad specially behaviour of the kitchen manager and the staffs were roubish. My booking was totally waste for money.

Food was not good. If you have rice and dal thin fine otherwise not good enough.
