What I liked about this hotel was food was very good and homely.. As we had kids with us.. This was the most important part for us.. Can improve speed of delivery and cleanliness a bit... Otherwise nice hotel.

I booked this hotel for one night. The hotel is some 2 km away from Dalhousie bus-stand. Rooms were averagely maintained with dirt at some places and badly smelling blankets. Service phone was not working so Every time we had to go 2 floors up if we need something. Overall not recommended.

Location of this hotel was OK. But when we talk about cleaning, it was very poor. Hotel is having parkingservice. And also near to main market and panchpulla. No scenicbeauty is visie from tge hotel rooms.

We are cent percent satisfied with the services we got from Hotel Samrat. Sardarji uncle is very soft spoken and friendly nature and we have not problem with this hotel. I recommend all the visitor to go for this hotel. Pleasant experience during stay. Hotel is located near to main market so that we roam even at night also.

They guys don't care well and they show different room when we are booking, we arrive to the hotel they give to us low quality room if we are ask they ignore us also, the hotel location very bad. It's not good so, please don't book that hotel guys.

Worst hotel experience

Owner is totally irresponsible, pathetic food and service don't go ever in this hotel, they gave us a room 1st day and 2nd day they told us sorry you need to shift in other room by saying that they gave us that room by mistake, any how we got ready.

Disastrous stay. Never thought of this type of hotel in my life. Never recommend anyone in any case to stay in the hotel. Stay at station but don't go to that hotel. Only location was OK not good otherwise everything was worse.
