Room and bathroom are dirty. Bad smell inside the room. Bathroom taps are broken and basin is also dirty. Mattress are not good.

Irritating I checked out within 1 hour.
I have never seen such types dirty hotel in my life. Even slum ed. I will never booked any hotel by MakeMyTrip also not recommended to anyone for same. I booked for 20th DEC to 22th. Dec. I check in so called hotel 7 pm and check out 8 pm. In room no bad sheet, no pillow bathroom very dirty without water supplies in latrine and washbasin no plan no TV even no glass for drinking water. I am very irritating. Not only for i loose my money also why MakeMyTrip cold rate such types hotels. Very bad if you want to do something kindly call me once.
