dark, damp, hairs on the bed, stool in the toilet floating, bathroom smelling like hell, door lock not working, fan not working what more worse can you ask for?

The hotel was newly built, comfortable, staff was polite, though no restaurant inhouse but they arrange it very well. Just a coincidence that the exhaust of my room was not working properly, actually it was working reverse, so it was a problem, no serious efforts put in to get it corrected, they called the plumber once but my time didn't managed, overall it was good.

Staff service was wonderful, room is quite spacious, all facilities were good, bathroom well maintained and clean. Definitely whenever we visit baroda we would stay once again here. Regards stanly abraham. Why didn't you respond? give discounts

Very poor service, the bedsheets and mattress covers has do many stains and very dirty, the bathroom and room was dirty, water was not coming thro shower, hot water was not working, the bath tap was broken.
