As booked Hotel Rolex Inn , made payment , also got my confirmation booking After visiting the hotel denied my stay and charged me extra cash amount if you want to stay. Terrible act performed by hotel staff

Stay at Rolex Inn was very nice. Morning walk in Ram Park was a pleasant experience. Service at Hotel was very good. Staff is very prompt and polite. Room tariff was affordable.

Very nice to stay.. Hotel staff was very co-operative.. Location is also very good... Its just walking distance from Escorts Mujesar metro station.. I have tried mutton curry for dinner and it was very delicious.. Overall very nice experience..

Very very difficult to find

Only Room is good .. But location is pathetic .. I had booked the hotel for relaxing for Four Hours .. But two hours lost in searching the hotel as the Google map shows and misguided to a distant and wrong location and front office staff of the hotel are not cooperative enough to Guide you through. So paid the money for staying only for an hour ...

Had a good experience of stay at Rolex hotel and was easy to find the location of hotel. And the hotel had a good ambient which attract a lot to stay again in Rolex hotel. If I again go to Faridabad and also will recommend to friends and relative to select the Rolex hotel Inn, even if they too visit Faridabad for any official or personal visit and also to book the hotel Rolex Inn through Makemytrip because to give too good rate comparing with other service provider site had I experienced the samE

Hi The room is small .. The location is good .. Linen is just fine Staff OK. Food is average Overall stay at this hotel is fine. But a bit over priced I think it is a good choice for couple not for family

I would not recommend this to anyone as the hotel staff is not supporting, not able to communicate properly to the guests, after 8 am they have served tea and told don't ask anything before 8 am, as our staff is not yet come

Hotel is situated at good location. Rooms were very clean although size of rooms and beds are little smaller but hotel staff is very cooperative. They did everything to make satay comfortable. Food was also very delicious

Worst experience I will never book with makemytrip also tell socially to other people for this kind of behaviour. Worst experience with makemytrip Staff is very disappointed. All my guest becomes angry with staff rude behaviour.

Really worst bad experience .. Never want to stay again over here ... Staff is bad ... Room quality is worst ... No cleanliness ... No food available properly .. Room service little poor, need to improve. Bad location in between industry and very old kind of infrastructure ... Pics which are shown on makemytrip are fake not true as reality ...

Room and bathroom good and clean to stay. Location is nice to beside there is park. Room service little poor, need to improve. Rolex Inn hotel is good but I did not get all services as mentioned during the booking. I had to call for room service, cleaning, bedsheet change and all. WiFi was not working. Food is good. Visitors timing is fix. Overall experience is OK while staying in hotel.
