Hotel Rivieraa

I couldn't stay here. They didn't allow me to. Just because of false/half informations. From both make my trip & and the location.

I like many things about this hotel, the location was good and easy to reach, the room size was good, staff was very polite, and the food was good. I would like to visit it again on my next trip.

Pathetic hotel i have ever seen. 1. No cleaning in room. Every where there is foul smelling. 2. Reception denied to provide bill for fooding 3. Tv barely work with free dth chanels 4. Staff behaviour very rude and unfriendly. 5. No parking available and hotel staff don, t bother to assist to park car overall this hotel is a big mess and suffered alot. This hotel don, t deserve to be available on make my trip

Really bad rooms and dirty bathroom. Torn bed sheets .. torn n smelly comforters … no service .. very rude staff ! Worst experience !

Very nice, clean hotel, washroom is also clean. Overall experience is good.

Over all experience is good but due to rain light fluctuate. So that all intercom and service are effected.

The hotel denied providing me the bill, instead of complimentary packed water bottle, they provided me bottle which was already opened, room was dirty

Location was good. Services are poor. Whole hotel is full of mosquitos. Very poor maintenance of rooms, very dirty. Also, no lift available, difficult for family to stay in 2nd floor without lift.

Good staff behavior, good room quality. Location is heart of the city.
