Terrible Stay

No washroom cleaning. Water was leaking from the air conditioner. Jet spray not working. Bedsheets and pillow covers stained with blood.

The worst ever hotel stay i had.

My booked this hotel for my younger brother and following is his review- This place is a messs !!! I will never ever recommend anyone to even go anywhere this hotel. First of all they will deny your check-in ask you for extra money. They denied providing a key as well, even after requesting too many times i was not provided with a key for my room… and this is not the only bad part… it was 9:30 pm and after i checked into the room anyhow to spend the night!!! The bedding was stinky and dirty the AC did not work. The mattress was full of bedbugs and the toilet was pathetically dirty. There was no hot water supply available. I asked the reception guy to provide me with the TV remote he denied saying that the TV does not work, no wifi available. I complained about everything and showed the condition of the room personally to the reception guy and asked him to get it cleaned but no were given at all. It was the most disgusting experience of my life !!! I would suggest anyone who is reading this comment to not even think about staying here.
