Terrible Stay

Very bad experience ,Not taking responsibility for booking,We booked a room through Makemytrip and we paid the amount ,when we visited they said no room is booked .we need to call multiple persons in order prove we booked and their immediate answer there’s no room.After 45 mins they gave us yet doubting if we had paid the amount.Wasting our time,and frustrating experience .Never risk to stay here booking
