The hotel needs a massive upgrade. Rooms aren't maintained the lift and lobby are in bad shape. Staff is excellent and cordial. But mosquitoes are a big challenge.

Room was so good location is so quiet. And room service is also so good. Reception staff is also very polite. And good service to us... When ever I will visit Jabalpur I would be stay in this hotel only.

Hotel Prestige Princess in Jabalpur. Room service is almost closed due to the closure of the restaurant for the over last one year. Makemytrip did not give information when booking online, due to which there was considerable problem in eating. The check in also went for 30 to 45 minutes. There was no mineral water to drink in the hotel. For the first evening snacks were asked for Chili fish, because this information is not there that the restaurant is closed, but it was told that fish fry can served, we have given the same order, but fish prong was not even removed. In the dinner also served an hour later, but there was so much salt in the Dal that it cannot be eaten. The next morning, when I am angry to hotel, staff was told that the restaurant has been closed for one year. The guest is served food and snacks from a outside. After that we purchased mineral water and food of our choice from market. The Expressions of Hotel Prestige Princes have been quite disappointing. The guest should informed from the Make my trip and Hotel that the booking will not be able to take it until the restart the restaurant.

Very good hotel to stay in Jabalpur, starting from the owner of the hotel complete staff is very humble and nice behavior of the most of the staff. Locally is nice very close to the railway station. Very very good opportunity to meet with someone who wanted me.

This hotel is having good location but hotel is going under renovation but I am highly dissatisfied because of unprofessional behaviour oh hotel staff and room was not having refrigerator and pick up service was also not given after assurance needs improvement.

Exterior looks of the hotel is great. And its opposite inside. Just one word is bad. Please avoid to stay. There is no service, bad rooms, toilets in pathetic conditions. I got deal from mmt, booked hotel for Rs. 900. Paid Rs. 700 upfront for taxes at time of check in. All money got wasted.

Don't try it guys, it's need serious renovation. They are having shortage of staff, hence no buffet breakfast, you have to sit in restaurant and order. In winter there geysers are not working properly. Service is pathetic, marriage occasion is there. No toiletries even they are charging around 2600/- per room.

I am very disappointed with this hotel please do not make such fake commitments, it was not three star hotel, the condition was room was very bad, service is very poor, not hygiene, Lobby of hotel is very untidy, bathroom is also untidy, there was no customer service.

Hotel Rooms as per category is very bad. Services also very bad. Front office desk person behavior is also very bad. Overall stay in this hotel is wastage of money. We booked the hotel as per your site reviews and photos but at the time of check-in we are not satisfy.

This hotel is bad, there was a hidden charge of tax. Bathroom is too small, no door mat out of bathroom. No towel given, no soap. WiFi not working properly. There is no one to take care of the luggage till rooms. Breakfast is just waste. If anyone travelling to this hotel, I will say do not go. It's a money wasting place.

This is the worse experience of my life. They had wrongly charge of tax. They hasn't provide the drop facility. When we reach the railway station driver is sleeping and we had miss our train. We had lose our 4000 rupees of train ticket. Worse experience. Money west hotel

It's an OK hotel if you don't need to speak with the staff. Most don't speak english and all don't care. They don't know their menu. They will not change your sheets for your entire stay. The Wi-Fi is very slow. They charge extra fees during check-in.

Not worth it. It's a below average budget hotel. Since it was my first visit to Jabalpur and I wasn't versed with the place, I picked the hotel which looked OK on MMT site. Rooms are not maintained, bed sheets and rooms stink. Television sets are low quality.

The day we entered the room. The room was not at all cleaned up. We have to call housekeeping twice to change the bed sheets and clear the bathrooms. Dinner was very bad but yes somehow breakfast was good. The manager at the reception was rude. No proper hotel bill was provided to us although we have been requesting for it since our check-in.

The only good thing about the hotel is its breakfast, which was no doubt, very delicious. Apart from this, everything about this hotel sucks. They charged large amount of extra money from us on the name of multiple taxes and when we asked for proper bill of that, they didn't provide us any. Moreover, the person at the reception was so rude, service was pathetic, bedsheets and bathroom were not properly cleaned. Although, it was 3-star hotel but it's not even worth single star.
