Good hotel near mall road picture palace neat room an f good service decent breakfast not very great

The stay was great. Neat and clean hotel. Staff behaviour was good. Location is the best part and secondly the food. Value for money.

hotel president strategic location astley hall and rajpur road. looks pretty and well maintained rooms were small, the 240sqft i booked felt smaller,i maybe wrong and the bathroom were a little disappointing. no hot water,turn the knob in whichever direction you want to the hotel personal were very nice and helpful overall we had two night stays with my family while on a visit to our relatives. can do better i will book this place again,they still need to improve their interiors 👍

When I booked room online they give me very bad room. very small very unhygienic with no internet. Bed sheets are very dirty room no 16. there is a cockroach in cupboard. When I complain they said u can upgrade room but u have to pay extra for that. I pay 1200 rs extra for room on 3rd floor with no lift. Rooms in front of hotel have so much traffic noise.

Rooms are ok ok but service is poor and breakfast was worst. They don’t have buffet and in “a la carte” they have only 1-2 option and quality of food was horrible

The hotel is very well located in astley hall on rajpur road. It's hygienic with clean rooms and excellent food. Great value for money

Very comfortable to visit city due to I'd location. Other facilities including breakfast was very nice

The hotel is centrally located, neat and clean parking for car and place for driver to stay was a plus point

Very low yellow light very dull and poor room

Room had a musty smell. I could smell the damp air. The staff said in rainy season this much smell comes in all rooms. There was termite above the sliding door, which the staff promptly cleaned. The food was excellent. Service was good and prompt. Everything else was good.

My stay is normally good here but this time it was unexpectedly poor as the ac did not work, the phone was out of order and the breakfast was also not up to the mark. Their location however is excellent and cleanliness and hygiene is good.

It was a very comfortable and welcoming stay. The hotel staff is v hospitable. Good job

The food quality is excellent esp when it comes to complimentary breakfast where the menu is really very exhaustive and every item esp veg cutlets is a masterpiece. The neatness and cleanliness is again remarkable and every nook and corner of hotel, virtually shines.

Terrible hotel and horrible experience. We were given a twin bed room first. Hotel reception anyways didnt have the common sense that a family/couple should be given a king/queen bed. When we asked for a different room, they started cleaning up a dirty room, which we saw. In 10 minutes a hotch-potch job of cleaning was done. (just re- arranged the same bed cover and sprayed some room spray. When we protested, the receptionist had the arrogance to say 'if you are unhappy, you can just just sit in the reception' ! we then checked the room, to find flies in the room and stained bed cover. They then tried cleaning up again. After we insisting, they changed the stained bed cover. (see the room photos and the photo of a mouse running from reception to restaurant. Dirty rooms, bad service, and the worst is an extremely rude receptionist.
