Good access to amenities like bus stand, supermarket and others . Staff is courteous and the food is ok.

Good stsy at todupuzha and nice location easy to reach good neat and cleaning. Rooms are not having proper light. Wash taps in bathroom are not properly maintained.

Our stay was pretty comfortable. They had provided all the amenities as they mentioned. All the staff were so friendly and made us feel comfortable. But still we face issues with the hair dryer (not working) and tv(not recharged. Actually we don't use these two things so we don't raise any complaints but still i feel it was not good to face such problems in a hotel where we are paying more than 2. 5k.

I even found hair over the a table as soon as I entered the room

Very bad experience, i reached there around 11. 30 in the night and the ac was not working properly, i called the reception guy and told this, he told that ac takes almost 2 hours to get cooled, and till morning the ac was not cooled, such a terrible experience

Room good. Bed sheets are not cleaned properly. Comfortable place. Easy to go amywheretotally good.

Air conditioner was not working properly. Television remotes were out of battery. The rest of the facilities were okay. The room was clean and tidy.

Rooms were clean and neat, but don't open the balcony as it is near to ksrtc stand, food was good but little expensive

The room and stay was comfortable. The only problem was the breakfast. They had only dosa and bread omelette. Even masala dosa they used the masala they served us the previous night.

It was an avarage experience with the facilities. Staffs are very good in manner. But the room is not at all meet the quality for the price they quote.

We booked delux rooms ..we got one delux room and one handicapped room …paid for 2 rooms . Not up to the mark

Air conditioning was poor, there was no control on air conditioning. Toilet was very much unhygienic. Balcony windows were damged. Bed sheet and pillows were not clean. Tv was not working. Hair dryer was not available. Iron box was not available.
