The hotel is dark, dirty and unsafe there is only 1 staff there and has no interest in guest service. We were not expected at reception. The room was filthy with used soap in the sink, a used unflushed toilet, no towels. We were the only guests in the hotel so there was no reason not to have a clean prepared room. We complained at reception about the state of the room and no wifi but reception was simply not interested in resolving the issues so we checked out to go elsewhere. A week later we are still trying to get a refund as the hotel refused a refund
