Hotel O Trinetra

The hotel location is untraceable even through google map. Very narrow and dirty road. Even 2 wheeler can barely reach to gate of hotel. Totally unhygienic room. No cleaning in room, dirty washroom. Foul smell coming from bucket of washroom. Linen was old and dirty. Total waste of money.

We went to the hotel and saw that the hotel was in a horrible situation. Images were totally opposite. Hotel was too dirty the hotel was in a horrible location too much bad smelling staff was drunk room was too small for couple. We didn't check in and cancel-led our booking at the hotel and ask for a refund. They don't even care to refund if travelers don't like hotels. Its fake, be aware dont book this

Located in congested area. Close to ujjain junction railway station. Walking distance from temple and market.

Our hotel experience is very bad. The bedsheet was not washed. There was a smell coming from it. The bedsheet was also so dirty, only a smell was visible on it. Water was dripping in the bathroom all night and tara was able to sleep well. My experience with this hotel is very bad.

Good stay for transit and very close to mahakaleshwar temple. Courteous staff and helpful. Decent rooms

It was the worst stay. We checked out in less than 5 hours due to worst bathroom, no lift for 2nd floor, worst locality, worst housekeeping and furniture. Property owner was behaving very worst way. Plz give refund if possible.

Terrible

Nothing was good. Bathroom was in bad condition, not cleaned, bedroom bedsheet contains dust, i think not cleaned. To reach the place proper roads are not available.

Nice hotel, manager was very kind, hotel is at prime location, at heart of ujjain mahakal chauraha so you can go any where at any time. Rooms are specious, ac, geyser every thing was good.

We are stayed for 3 days and room is very neat and clean. Washroom also cleaned. Also it is near to temple and i am satisfied with their service. Blindly go for it

The staff was great and welcoming. And helpful and kind. The rooms are also good. The hotel is near by temple and easy access to visit near by tourist places.

I had booked this hotel for a short trip to ujjain. My experience was really horrible. I was provided with a room with no water, no geyser, and a frequent power cut. Also, the bedsheet and cushions were very dirty. I don't recommend this hotel

The hotel was decent but service was mid. The shower was not working and the room we received was smaller than was promised.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the staff was incredibly cooperative and helpful, making my visit even more enjoyable. The overall experience was excellent.

It was nearby mahakal temple but the location was not good. No lift. No room service. There was one good point. Ac and geyser was working. Rest was nothing.

The basic accommodation was nice. They could work a little more on cleanlinsss. The washroom had to be cleaned. The location was clubbered. There was a lot of disturbance and no privacy.

Hospitality & staff were but TV was not working. No towels were provided. But overall stay good & comfortable at affordable price. The temple & other tourist or places to visit etc & restaurants were nearby at walkable distance from the property. Mr. Rajesh Joshi had given us a warm & gentle welcome. Thankyou Ravi.. Actually I have not taken any images. But sincerely the stay was good 👍

Room was quite good according to price, but toilets are not in good condition. There is no ventilation in the room not even a single window.
