very horrible... location is extremely poor.. booking related issues.. asking for some extra money... and hotel is under construction/ maintenance.. vry vry poor experience.. I was with my family and family suffers so much... this is for ur information and further necessary action.. thanks...

not check in hotel it's much interior from main city and they demand extra cash also and staff behaviour is not good .

I didn’t get the room it was full. Give me refund i reached the place and they said there is no room poor service from your side

This property is asked for extra money. Then i raised this issue with make my trip, after a long telephonic discussions then solved the issue. Also, i booked the room with breakfast package. But the hotel is denied to give breakfast as per the package. Totally disappointed with this hotel.

Hotel refused booking and after argument the desk clerk at hotel reception took rs- cash and allotted room

Bed was quite clean, washroom was not up to the mark, gyser was also not working, staff was courteous enough,. Overall adjustible for person travelling alone.

Its not in the proper location. They are charging extra charges for staying. I haven't stayed. Rs 622 (room rent charges) are non refundable too. The amount is totally waste. The hotel is very worst. Don't go and stay in the hotel.

As the painting work was going on, they could not accommodate us. They asked us to take a room in the 3rd floor but there was no lift working. Kindly arrange to refund the amount.

their rooms suck, please don’t book a stay. They also let us stay only if we paid 2000 additional. And it was a total waste of money and time.

They ask additional 600 rs. Otherwise they didn't allow to stay us. Night 11o clock what should i do

I have booked 2 rooms, when we reached the hotel the reception person told that no room is available, after a big quarrel for two hours he managed to arrange a room in different locations 5 km away, we suffer a lot

I have asked the reception manager he said already contract is over how we can accommodate. Further repeatedly contacted you then the manager provided one room after two hours subject to check out 10am next day even booked for two days. Next

The property location is okay the property staff behaviour is too bad, irresponsible attitude. Come to the hygienic point, the room was fully dirty, air conditioner not working properly, washroom was not maintained well, there is lot of mosquitoes and insects flying around my bed we feel restless stay and we are very tired in morning so we early check out from there at the time of 4:30 p. M. Out of 10 the property was 0/10. Please consider my issue don't prefer the property in future.
