Terrible Stay

the owner demanded me extra ₹600 for the stay and i given to the staff the same. also denied the invoice. they don’t have any system to check for booked customers, condition of room was terrible, bedding, blanket, towel are in very bad condition , tv 📺 was not functioning, room not cleaned, ac cooling very low, overall terrible and bad experience
