When I reached the hotel till 4:30 pm, they provided me a non AC room whereas I had booked an AC room, they had said that they will provide me an AC room in one to two hours, so I stayed there, after 3 hours I went back to the reception area to talk, still they were not providing an AC room, a then after some time they provided us an AC room. Too much bad experience 😕😞
