Hotel O Gv Residency

No one felt responsible about the things and safety at the hotel no watchman no receptionist no room boy no cleaning staff we need to do everything on our what's the point of class hotel there!

To be frank this is the worst hotel i ever stayed. I had to wait in the reception for 30 min to check-in since nobody sits there, it is just like abandoned hotel. Also they will lock the main door after 6 pm and go out so nobody can go out or inside the hotel. Only one person occasionally sits at reception whose house is next to the hotel and most of the times he goes home. Also there is no phone in the room nor there is a lift. I was given room in 3rd floor and had to come to reception by stairs just to find nobody is there. Ridiculous! my request to mm t is not list properties like and degrade the standards. This is not even worth half the money i spent

Behaving very rudely and not responding even for room spray. Demanding money for early check-in even the full hotel is empty. I suggest not to choose this hotel. Reception is always empty and there is no single person there to respond for any service
There is no minimum response and reaction for the customers. Behaving very rudely. Demanded money for early check-in even though full hotel is empty. Never expected this from oyo and make my trip. I advice everyone not to choose that.

My stay is good it is near to my location for that i prefer this hotel
