Hotel Mizu

I had booked a deluxe room with a bathtub attached which i wasn’t given and i asked the manager about the room so he gave me a room and i asked home wet-her i could upgrade my room so that i could gain a new experience with a bigger room but the room which he gave me was the same room which i had booked kind of disappointed

I always prefer this hotel for my stays. Overall nice place. Never had any problems during the stay. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Higher tariffs, other included meals too within rupees. I was shown meals would be included in the package but apparently its not included inspite of highest tariffs

Everything was just perfect.. The room was very clean with all the needed materials. Meals were absolutely delicious 😋

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Little small room, ideally deluxe room are little bigger in size

I checked in on 18th march n was given a deluxe room even though i booked a superior room. I had to go to front desk to make them check n then change my room. The superior room was absolutely dirty. The drawers had dust on them. Something sticky was inside the bedside drawer. No towel in bathroom. Plates with room service were so unclean. No coffee next to kettle. Had to call thrice yet wasn't sent to room so had to go down to get it myself. Buffet breakfast had run out of bread by half time n they were unwilling to arrange bread! location isn't good either. Recurring power cuts n there was was slight lag in generator taking over. Wifi intermittent. Overall a pathetic experience. Have paid less than half this tarrif for much better room n service.
