The location is excellent of some is planning a trip from bangalore to ooty/wayanad to take a one night halt to start fresh the next dat

Reception people deny your stay if booked from MMT and if rooms are full though our stay is booked, they are too rude. Watchman demanded 50&100rs only, and asked us to keep when thankfully we gave30rs Also Breakfast they provide soo late.

Spacious and hygienic rooms. Wish they had provided kettle for drinking water. Hot water only available in the morning . Complimentary breakfast given is either dosa or poori not the worth price for reservation

It was really value for money.. the hotel is well maintained and with all the amenities. The hotel staff is very polite. The restaurant is good but lil costly . But not that bad . It was really good stay there .

The hotel is on the highway and can be easily located on the Gundlupet-Bandipur road. The premises and the room are clean. Staff was helpful. While the complimentary breakfast options are limited, food was good and freshly prepared. Overall a good place to stay of you want to halt for the night before visiting Bandipur the next morning.

-We booked 3 rooms for 3 families (Delux AC with breakfast), we stayed here on 4th May 2025 -Hotel is very good, easy to identify as it is right on the highway (from gundlupet to bandipur, you can find on right side) -Rooms are very clean and neat, bathrooms are clean -Good parking space for cars -Food in their own restaurant was average but provide clear instructions while preparing, according to your tase, so that you might feel satisfied. We ordered fried rice, veg and non veg curried all together was disappointing to our taste. If you are arriving late eve or night, you can manage and adjust with food. Next day morning breakfast was ok ok, complimentary breakfast will be provided with minimal quantity, we can order more and pay accordingly -Additional bed will be provided on ask for cost of 1000/bed (which is common I guess but though of mentioning) -Reception and kitchen staff were very good and provided needed information -Bandipur safari ticket booking counter is just 20 mins away in the morning time, might be another 10 mins additional in the eve time (suggest to be there by 6 AM, if you haven't reserved booking as the gypsy, camper and jeeps will be finished off very quickly and you should end up with Bus). We though like who will come in the morning but saw people came with makeup as well, such early morning. So be quick Overall rating: 4/5, Food rating: 2.5/5, Ambience, cleanliness & Staff response: 4/5, Will suggest this stay with families and kids, no issues

Hotel Location is Good, Hotel maintained is good. and well maintained, ....., satisfaction stay.

Clean and cozy. Food is also good. It provides strong wifi no limitation in connection. Couldn’t expect more on such a remote area.

We booked non-ac room for single night, when we reached the hotel receptionist told non-ac room is not available and we can provide you ac room if we pay 1000 rupees extra. Finally after 15 min of talk they given non-ac room. Also the room didn’t had keys. It is very sad if things like this happen if we bring our family at night time even after booking.

No lock for bathroom. No tube lights allowed at night only ceiling facy light works. When contacted service, reply was no tube lights permitted. Unsupportive staffs.

Lights don't work. No tv. Taps don't work. I had stayed here few years back when it was brand new. But now it's not maintained at all. Hotel just wants to make money and does not want to replace broken parts

Good hotel, nice staff & the room was very specious, i had booked that in a very reasonable price. I am really, i wish to book again if i'm in that direction. Thank you. I did not travel at all

Service was good, power backup issue. Need more cleanness in room, there are most of mosquito in room

Hotel is clean and neat and room is spacious and comfortable staff are quite cooperative and flexible lack of hot water overpowering smell of fish in the dining room were the concerns so rated 3

Behavior very bad from reception we have already booked but receptionist first not allowed room he told booking from morning 12o clock will start our vacate time 12oclock noon i want stay up to morning 6o clock and he told all rooms full how ever last he allowed room after i complaint in make my trip

Good place to stay. Food in restaurant need to improve.

The tv dint work. Very dim lights. Lift button was not working. Power failure no backup.
