Hotel Mansarovar Muskan

There was no water bottle provided and private parking was not available. Ac temprature was constant. Not controllable

Basic things was not available like bathroom lock room door lock top cable was not working wi-fi towel given with many hole geyser was not working for hot water but owner and staff behaviour was very nice.

I have booked 2 rooms from 5 to 8 Nov. At the time of check-in they have told me there are no rooms available and you have to go to the other hotel. After healthy arguments they have manage to provide me one room with 2 mattress. Coming on to service, got the service worst than dharmshala. May be dharmshala have better service than this. Worst experience ever.

Hi, I have booked a Hotel Mansarovar Muskan, Agra through MMT App for 2 days. I checked in yesterday. But my stay in the hotel was horrible. They didn't power on the AC knowingly. Bed sheet were also very dirty. Behavior of the hotel staff was also not good. My stay was for 2 days. But I checked out today morning. I would like to request you to kindly don't take booking for such type of hotels. I would also like to request to Kindly refund my one day tariff.
