Hotel room & staff & service good

It is really of having good spacious room in just 550 rupees so firstly, thank you so much travel advisor and make my trip. Staff were very helpful.

Food service and quality was very poor.

The Hotel is a decent stay with a not so clean bathroom. However the best part is the staff. They were courteous and very accommodating.

Rooms are not good. Bathroom worst.

Stayed here in December for 2 nights in room. The hotel is about 2 km from Rajkot junction Railway station and is walkable if you had the mindset for it. The hotel is easy to find, but the alleyway where the hotel is located has a foreboding look about it. It's safe, but I am not sure that a women traveling would want to walk down the alleyway at night. Check-in was a bit confusing. They gave me a room, but told me I would likely have to move to another one later, so I decided to leave my bag and not unpack. This was fine because it just meant that I could go out, and see some sights before coming back to the hotel. When I did come back about 4 hours later, I did have to change rooms, so it was a good thing I didn't unpack. The room I got was a double, non A/C with a fan. The room was spacious with a double bed. The sheets and pillows looked clean, but worn. That's only to be expected in a budget hotel. The bathroom was about what I expected for a budget hotel, clean functional and looked in good condition. There was hot water most of the time, even when it wasn't hot, it was good enough for a shower. The hotel does offer free wi-fi, but it's largely inaccessible on the second floor where my room was. Definitely not on a mobile, although the signal is strong enough for a laptop. No problem using the wi-fi on the ground floor. The staff really need to learn to smile and show a little bit of friendliness. Looking all soured faced does nothing for customer service, even if it's just a budget hotel. Although they did start to smile a lot more towards the end of the stay (because I am leaving). Location wise, the hotel is close to all the main sights in the city. Rajkot is not that big. There's also a few restaurants and lots of shops around the hotel, so food should not be a problem. Overall, I had a good and comfortable stay. The standard and facilities were above par for a budget hotel in India. The service needs a bit of work, but the staff do their job.

Had lot of hot water issues. Had to take Bath on cold water.

Amazing comfort about near location and where I stay. Finally, it's good.

Hotel is situated in the centre of city but it's not on main road .. Staff is friendly and coprative. But no kitchen in hotel .. Cleanliness can be improved. Overall satisfactory .. Value for money. Recommended for bachelor's
