Easily reached at hotel acknowledge property to auto wala. Food not available. wifi not working in room. staff is not customer friendly.

People were following social distance and wearing masks also place is near to bus station and the room was well clean and maintained.

This Shivang Hotel is very light and near location and very cleaning this Hotel and his services are very good.

Hotel corridors are clean rooms are also clean but bathroom and toilets are dirty. Not clean. Hotel management should take care of it. We reached at early 4 am and hotel allowed us to check-in, so thanks for that. For room service only single person is there. We ordered for tea which was unserviced. Rooms rents are bit high than room quality. However, we got discounted offer so it's okay for us.

It was ok under the budget.

Hotel is good if low budget is considered but receptionist is rude. Also there is no room service for tea-coffee.
Receptionist was rude and not aware about booking date and time. He was also not aware about money deposited or not during booking at company. Room phone was not working.

Rooms are very dirty. And cockroach and mosquitoes their. I found many cockroach on bed. And room are very dirty. Blanket and towel are dirty. And electric boards are demage. Bathroom also dirty. So next time I will not choose this hotel.

Hotel location is near the central bus stand just 400 mtr away. Hotel rooms are very clean and room area is small but the location is very good due to transportation availability. Hotel kitchen food also good. Overall good against the budget.

Rooms are just like ordinary guesthouse, fans are not working properly in both rooms when shifted, room service is OK, one should not go by the exterior of the hotel, no parking is available at the hotel, as mentioned in the facilities
