Horrible stay at hotel Mahakal Palace

The hotel management is so poor that it took me more than half-hour to understand that I have a valid booking done through MakeMyTrip. They have no system to check the same. I had to WhatsApp the msg received from MakeMyTrip about confirm booking. Though location of the hotel is very near to Mahakaleshwar Temple, the hotel is situated in a very narrow and dirty lane. It is very difficult to find the location of the hotel. Rooms and attached bath are very uncleaned. MakeMyTrip should not offer this hotel to the customers. Lift is dirty. No hot water for early morning bath.

The hotel denied check-in even after prepaid booking confirmation from make my trip. They said we do manual booking and we have not doing online now. Worst staff behaviour I have ever seen in any hotel. I reached to the hotel at 10 PM. They let me to wait upto 2 pm without giving check in. They said hotel is full. If you stay for 1 day then pay now and stay for one day only and tomorrow you need to vacate where as I had booking of 6 days. At night 2 pm I had to find another hotel. Very worst behaviour and non cooperative staff.

Disappointed.There were insects in the which cause itching. So could not sleep whole night even after changing the room. Even cost paid by booking was higher than actual cost.

It is an average hotel. Its location near hotel was average. Road around near hotel not to wide. It is difficult to find and auto rickshaw find that hotel arount half an hour from railway station.

Location is near to Mahala temple But the surrounding area of hotel is not good. Very small gullies around. Service is not up to the mark. No inverter facility for the geysers in the room. Rooms are of average kind. However, compared to the money charged it can be considered as the average kind. Overall, an average experience.

Location Walking distance from Mahala temple. Rooms were cleaned and service was good, moreover facility like elevator hot water was available 24/7. Good restaurant outside the hotel. Overall it was good experience Jai Mahala.

We are fully satisfied with this Hotel. Rooms were big and clean. Food was really tasty and cheap. One cup of tea costs only rupees 5. thali costs only rupees 75. One of the big pros of this hotel is that its very near to the Mahakal Temple so one can easily go by walk there.

Took AC rooms by paying extra amount at check-in time. Even though ambiance inside is good, clean, approach road to hotel is narrow lane with open drainage. Hotel manager arranged air-conditioned Chevrolet Tavera at competitive price.

We enjoyed our stay in Mahakal Palace Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not eat there. The place is reasonably clan. Location is average. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and sounds from other inmates is audible. This was irritating.
