Hotel Luxor

Though it is near to City center. Communication and food quality is good.

The hotel is centrally located. Food was good. Cleanliness is ok. Staff behaviour is good. But the hotel needs revamping. I stayed in a 3 bedded ac v room with my family. The room was stuffy, there was the continuous pouring of water from the ac machine inside the room. Maintenance was very poor. Generator was not working. The stay was not at all comfortable for these reasons.

Property is very old. Breakfast had a variety of bread or Puri sabji.

Staff disciplined, service very much timely, location very near to big bazaar and City centre bus stand, but the whole property, furniture, linen smelt badly. Not to take risk to stay.

It's good stay but linen facility was not good.

First of all unless the hotel staff got confirmation from MakeMyTrip they are not allowing to check-in though I show them the confirmation sms, and the food was too bad. Phone was not working.
Blanket conditions are too poor.

I stayed 4 days, only two days I got breakfast. It was only 3 slice bread butter jam, egg poach or omlette with tea or coffee. There is no other option and available only after 8 am.

Old rooms, sofas are stinky. Electrical outlets all broken, had to remove air-conditioner plug to put phone at charging. Reception staff is like a old Government servant waiting for superannuation. Restaurant closes at 10 pm. Reception full of commotion. Better be avoided. Old place, so room are big, require renovation immediately.

The visit to the hotel was a terrible mistake. The reception denied having any precooking through you and was highly rude in their behaviour particularly the so called operations manager named Shantanu who flatly refused to allow us to stay despite having prepaid e vouchers from you. You should immediately delist this hotel from your arrangements as the ambience, reception staff, operations manager are not having any courtesy. The wi fi is not working, the intercom is out of order, the lift is creaking, no arrangements in rooms for making tea or coffee, no mini fridge. The place is terrible for the price paid
