I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite my high expectations, our experience was marred by unacceptable issues that fell far short of the standards I expect from a hotel of your caliber. The rooms were infested with a strong, unpleasant odor that persisted throughout our stay. Despite repeated requests, the issue remained unresolved, making our stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. Furthermore, breakfast was not ready at the scheduled time, and the lack of apology or explanation from the staff was appalling. As a paying guest, it is your responsibility to ensure that basic amenities are provided, and your failure to do so is unacceptable. I hope you take our feedback seriously and take immediate action to address these issues. Until then, I would advise potential guests to consider alternative options. Sincerely

Price basis good & staff behaviour is polite. Overall it's a good staying official purpose. I should be better off if a restaurant is available

Hotel staff are unprofessional, they dont want booking from mmt. Trying to give the down grade room to mm t customer. Almost waist-ed 1 hr. Then asking for more money for clean room. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone one. Pathetic experience.
