Hotel Lake View Grand

Location is good but more far then other hotels. We choose room with breakfast but there was no breakfast buffet. No proper parking far cars. Rooms are small no more spacious. There is no fridge in room.

Location of the hotel is not ideal for stay when you have limited touring time in the city. Food was ok but service was slow and not as expected. The room and overall appearance of the hotel was very shabby and not maintained at all. Management seems to be least concerned about the upkeep, cleanliness of the rooms and premises. Very very unprofessional.

Not at all friendly for family. Dint feel secure during the stay. Room quality was terrible. Dint provide the room that u had booked for. Instead provided a lower priced room citing u availability

THAT HOTEL STAFF REFUSED MY BOOKING WHEN I REACHED THE HOTEL AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE NOT CONFIRMED MY ANY BOOKING AND THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY AMOUNT ALSO,EVEN AFTER SHOWING MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION RECEIVED TO THEM NOW TELL ME WHERE AND WHOM I SHOULD CONTACT AT THIS TIME THAN AFTER SO MANY HOT DIACUSSIONS AFTER ALMOST TWO AND HALF HOUR WAITING THEY ALLOTES ME A VERY SMALL ROOM WITH ALL DIRTY BATHROOM ETC IT WAS NIGHT AND I ALREADY MADE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE WHOM I MUST CONTACT TO ASSIST ???

Room was good with enough space to accommodate an extra mattress. Washroom was decent with geyser available. They allowed outside food as well which was a nice gesture. Overall a good experience here.

Good hotel for family. Having good tasty veg food options for breakfast lunch etc. Ac was working well and bathroom was decent. Only one side of room walls had some softness not impacting though.

It wasn't worth the money. It was average. No soundproofing could hear a couple fighting all night, and it was loud and clear. Toilets were not having proper hygiene bed wasn't having clean bed sheet

It was ok, was there for just one night, but they do tried to charge for breakfast even though i had bought the room with breakfast option. They relented after lots of coaxing.
