dirty rooms, no bed sheets jo bed covers. staff clueless about rooms, arrived at 2pm and our room wasn’t ready, there was so much dust and no bed sheets nor covers and they got the bed covers and sheets in front of us and placed it, the furniture is dead, negative in cleaning and hygiene, stayed for 5 nights and they didnt clean the room once… lethargic staff, i had stayed in this hotel years back and it was amazing but this time highly disappointed, when you pay a night you expect clean rooms and clean beds. not this piece of shit.

Good stay very comfortable room, food service really so nice and delicious we feel very good here thanks hotel leena team for your nice hospitality

Cockroaches are roaming everywhere and bedding is full of human hair. Main door sensor card not working.

Earlier it’s a very good facility, but this time i am disappointed. Hotel management has to focus on cleanliness

We took two rooms, in that one room was in good condition and other room had full of baby cockroaches and some insects. They don’t maintain the room conditions proactively is what i felt.

Hello service was not too good issue rooms were small cleaning people were asking for money staff were not too fast

I had to wait for more then 1 and half hour with my family at the time of check in outsidecthe hotel. I was at 12 which was check in time and at 1. 30 pm when i called mmt they told he is lying, then i proved to the executive, wat happened to it

Hotel is situated very near to the main gate of dargah shareef. The facility of the hotel was extremely excellent, specially the front view of my room was giving mesmerising view of akbar masjid. The staff was polite and and special thanks to mr, hemant. Definitely would love to visit the same place again if i will be charged the nominal amount like this time, price varies because of the occasional dates from down to hight in a single day. So i suggest, do not book the hotel before confirming everything about your room from the hotel reception via call before you pay the confirmation amount. Rest everything was smooth. We enjoyed our stay.

Mm t doesn't inform the hotel on time as conveyed by hotel staff so during the time of check-in hotel was overlooked, still they manage to provide a night stay in other hotel and next morning they shifted back with room upgrade. Overall pleasant stay and cooperative staff. Special mention of mr. Naved owner of hotel who personally address our issue and solve promptly.

Past 7 years i am going to ajmer first time i taken room in jannath hotel this is very very er-responsible hotel no clean nothing food taste okay i ordered coffe in 9. 30 am and called them 3 time till morning they are not send

Over all the experience was some what good but must suggest the cleanliness was not up to the mark

No proper room allocations other guest entered in our room

rooms are not clean cocroches are in washroom and masquites in room bedding was not cleaning

House keeping is poor, restaurant is not good breakfast is not available, hotel staff is not cooperative, stay is average

People whose intentions are to come solely for dargah visit/ziyarat should opt for this hotel. Its proximity, cleanliness, food and hospitality are great. Just make sure you get a room facing the road. That is my take away.
