Hotel staff behavior very r rudely and, not cleaning room and parking problems

Hotel staff was very nice and this hotel in very prime location with great views but their geyser was not working in the room. We faced lot of problems in chilling weather without geyser.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The whole atmosphere was so calm and serene, relaxing getaway - the food, accommodation, nature experience, ambience, it's all very good.

3rd class management, no 1 was there to respond to your question. If u r going in peak season they will behave like 'mera to hotel chail hi ra hai aana hai to aao ni to ni'

Best thing is it's river side resort it's vary rare in manali highly recommend

One suggestion is to keep heat blowers.

The hotel location is beautiful. The food was very delicious and all the facilities were excellent. The management and staff of the hotel was very cooperative. Will love to go back and stay in the same hotel.

The property is located 2.4 km away from Mall road. Only this is the best part of stay. Nothing else. Also the support from make my trip was horrible at times. Nobody picks up the call at the time when u need it. The food was pathetic. We waited till 11 a.m for the breakfast. Overall it was uncomfortable.

Excellent for every department to Himalayan River Hotel. Just 10 minutes drive to main attractions of the City with a peaceful location. Hotel is amidst of full of mesmerizing natural views. River and water fall facing balcony along with icy mountain peaks views. Super clean rooms excellent wooden interiors, amazing food with super quick room services. Entire Hotel staff from top to bottom are very much helpful, had a wonderful and delightful stay with my family. Will definitely recommend if visiting Manali must stay at Himalayan River Hotel for its extraordinary services and delightful stay.
