Not stay in real Hilal place Hotel very bad service

Heater is worked in good condition and owner corporate all.

Hotel location is very bad.

We stayed there for about 4 days.. It was absolutely horrible. The rooms were so unsanitary and nobody cleaned or even changed the bedsheet for the whole 4 days. When asked for a room with a cabinet, the owner asked us to pay double of the cost of the room. Moreover, when I talked to makemytrip about it, he came over and literally started fighting with us in a threatening manner. The rooms and the whole hotel was very dirty with poor facilities. The whole place was ghetto like.

My stay at Hotel Hilal Palace Srinagar was quite comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. It is located at Dal Lake area. The staff of the hotel is cooperative and helping. There is no restraint inside the hotel but market is nearby from where one can get anything required. I recommend this hotel to everyone..

Not so clean. Mosquitos were there Although, it's very cheap as compared to others hotels. So, if you want to go for cheap hotel you can go. But don't expect too good facilities from this hotel.

Good hotel, good staff, good service, good rooms, good cleanliness and good value for money. Good location near Dal jheel not very far from airport, only 14 kms away. We had a good stay. God bless you people thank you.

Not good hotel I was stayed two night there with my family. There is no kitchen, no WiFi. My family is not like this hotel and I never stay again. This hotel room are big but no service boy. There mangement not good.

Location was good. There was no restaurants in the hotel.. And the manager's behavior was so rude to every guest.. They had no Wi-Fi... Toilet was broken... Not like that. But outside the hotel a flying market was there to enjoy.

This is comfortable hotel to stay but not suitable for high class facilities or interior. Yes you can have a good stay with ask basic needs and also WiFi. I can recommend to try this one if you are not much concerned about high quality interiors.

I haven't seen any hotel in this world as bad as this. The rooms are likely for Rs. 100 Per Night but we paid multiples. Service is worst of them.. Neither they listen nor they obey their customer. If anyone needs to suffer.. You may surely proceed.. But never take your family or ladies here else they will be shamed on you.

Horrible experience. When we reached the hotel, they shifted us to another hotel. Which was away from road, some wooden walkway bridge was only to connect the hotel and we couldn't get the breakfast too which was already paid. So we disappointed from hotel hilal.

Actually we stayed in a guest house not in Hotel Halal Place. Manager of Hotel halal place transferred us to this guest house. Rooms in guest house were clean and good. We booked deluxe room with breakfast. But breakfast was not good. Also services were also so so.

Hotel is not recommended due to below average service and facilities available at the property. We were in Srinagar for work and only went into Hotel just to sleep it off! We booked this Hotel through MMT initially for a couple of days and then had to extend the stay for another three days. On our fifth day, we were thinking of extending the stay for another day and thats when the Hotel management informed us that we were not welcome if we extend the trip to MMT even though rooms were available at the Hotel. We were surprised with the response! We thought they should be welcoming us since we were giving them consistent business while spending the least amount of time at the hotel.

The hotel is good in a nice place. Veg Hotels near to this hotel. Rooms are clean and price also good. Hotel people are good. One day if you don't book car by him after that he will not talk to you and will not guide you. Drinking water is not provided so buy water bottle from out sides near Delhi Rasoi is good and also provides food it is nice.

Room was good. Hotel back of dal lake but surrounding was not good (located at labour area). No wi-fi, reception guy was irresponsible and not responded well. Hotel people was irresponsible.

Very cosy place, felt just like home. Management and staff were very kind and hospitable. Worth a stay for sure, walking distance from the Dal lake. Easy to find. The food was very yummy.

I booked hotel halal palace via makemytrip. When I approached checkin on 09-May-2016, I was taken by surprise that hotel halal palace does not have any rooms of its own. Owner Mr. Halal arranged our accommodation in low grade guest house. When I called makemytrip regarding this, he placed us into other nearby hotel which was also low grade. I investigated Mr Hilal's modus operandi and found that he takes booking in the name of Hotel Halal Palace and then arrange the accommodation in guest houses. I also informed the same to makemytrip and asked them to investigate and delist hotel halal palace - complete fraud !!

It was best hotel in my entire tour. The behaviour of the reception guy was good. The location is not so good but hotel condition was excellent at this price range. In the double bed room 3 persons can sleep very well. Washroom was very good. There is lawn also in front of the hotel.

We reached at midnight. I have already informed them about my reaching time. They have allotted me room in very low budgeted guest house in front of halal palace said that hotel is under construction. I complained about that to make my trip and they said they will shift me. Post that they show me their residence room and asked me to stay at guest house allotted me that is better. At the time of check out I came to know that there was Nice hotel but they rent out my room to others and cheated me. Room was very small no soap no towel no cleaning was provided. Even make my trip customer care didn't respond well.
