Pahelgam hotel service valo na ice breag resort ar location bhul chilo r mobile number a call received koreni.. Amak alada hotel nite hoyache. Amar extra taka kharcha gache, apnara to kono refund deban bole amar mone hoyna.. Hoyto ar por make my trip thake hotel book korbona r amar friends and relatives der baron kore debo.. 👎👎

Terrible Stay

Very bad as last hour cancellation made me speechless when you specially prepared everything around that stay and with 02 kids and luggage you are about to reach the make my trip assured booked hotel and suddenly they denied booking, how you feel 😭. it was first ever when I really felt bad for Make my trip. If any hotel can do this before entering how they behave when you will stay there. thank God I was not a part of that..... so pathetic experience

Incharge Imran is very much co-operative and very kind person. Heater is not installed in bathrooms but they provide hot water in buckets at early morning.
