Terrible. Dirty. Not worth it!

Terrible experience. The hotel doesn’t have a kitchen or even a dining area for breakfast. They order food from a nearby street stall, and it’s very unhygienic. They say they provide breakfast, but in reality, you have to eat while sitting on your bed. The room was much smaller than expected. Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and it took them 30 minutes to fix it. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty and had stains on them. I would not recommend staying here.

We work with trusted vendors — not random street stalls — and ensure food quality and hygiene. • Photos online are accurate and show our actual rooms. Guests consistently appreciate the value and cleanliness we provide at our price point. • If any linens were not up to standard, our team would have gladly replaced them had this been raised during your stay — which it wasn’t. We take false, retaliatory, and misleading reviews very seriously, and we have reported this review to Google for violating their policies. Hotel Grand Safari is committed to genuine guest service, and we encourage honest feedback — but we will not tolerate dishonest attempts to damage our reputation.

Stayed at Hotel Grand Safari for a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and cozy, staff was polite and helpful, and the food was surprisingly good. The location is convenient too. Overall, a smooth and relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend to others visiting the area.

Great Stay – Clean Rooms & Helpful Staff

I had a great experience staying at Hotel Grand Safari. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was super comfortable, and all basic amenities were provided. Everything worked fine—Wi-Fi, hot water, AC, etc. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was so polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even gave some helpful suggestions about places to visit nearby. The location is very convenient—peaceful area but still close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I also tried the food at the hotel, and it was tasty and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay. Great value for money, and I’d definitely book again without a second thought. Highly recommended!

The room was good and clean. The staff is helpful. There is no restaurant but they have some tie-up with a nearby restaurant. Only issue is that you need a minimum order of rs. 250 for delivery. There are other restaurants also nearby. Limited parking is there.

Worth every penny. Property is well maintained and well constructed. Rooms are very goodall amenities are present along with 24 hours service. We checked late at night and didn’t face any problem.
