Toilet was very shabby, bathroom was not cleaned. Room was not cleaned properly. Soiled plates of previous guest was not removed. Packaged water was not provided instead internal filled bottles were given. Tax invoice was not given

Defective bathroom fittings, improper cleaning of rooms, need improvement in services. Hot water availability is good

First of all hotel manager behaviour is not good. I have booked room with breakfast but at the time of chekout i have pay breakfast money to hotel. Normal hot water is provide by hotel gijar is not working. Water botel is not properly cleaned. Badsheet is not clean. Breakfast is provided out side of hotel premises. At the time of check out i have demand gst number bill to me but hotel manager has deny the same.

Inside rooms are fully mosquitoes and dirty interior and bad smells. No any great facilities available

The location was perfect, and it was easy to find the nearest location to railway station. Staff also politely communicate with coustemer.

Service was good but you have to order food from outside of the hotel. They arrange it for you. Wash room was clean. Over all good experience.

The hotel, the staff, the service everything was terrible. Was not even provided with complimentary breakfast even though while booking it mentioned we'll be provided with it. It was a nightmare experience. No fridge, no soap or proper towel was provided. The rooms were not clean and there was a weird spell in the room as well. Its a request to duelist the hotel from mmt so that others don't get scammed.

Room interior is very old. Bathroom is durty.

Very much comfortable, location good easy to access, staff very polite and cooperative. It wash good stay.

Economy stay without much facilities and without hygiene. Food is pathetic. Carry all your own cutlery and have foods from outside. Location of the property is good.

1. Hotel location is very good at centre of city 2. Hotel staff was very much supportive and services are on time. 3. Hotel washrooms are not upto the mark level. Issue was geyser not working. 4. As per standard floor mat required near washroom not provided

Location wise was ok, but this hotel will really require some improvement like pillow which was shared by them was totally torn. And the towel which they have given was used. Apart from this 2 issue every thing was ok. Try to check everything before you allot any room to any one
