Hotel Gokul Inn

The room was decent though the lighting was quite low which affected the overall comfort. Food quality was excellent and definitely the highlight of the stay. Staff behaviour was okay and parking facilities were also satisfactory. Overall the experience was average with a few good points and a few shortcomings.

Reasonable price. Little bit dim light in Gokul Inn hotel but food was good in Gokul Delicacy.

Room hygiene very bad, the linen used was stinking and dirty. Not worth staying. You can get better hotels in the amount paid. The staff also is not helpful.

At booking time room was haing a photo of one double bed and a single bed in one room but in actual there was only one double bed. Blankets were not available. After multiple calls they provide bed sheets. Geyser was not working and not made operational even after complaining. Only one towel provided in room. Worst ever experience i have faced. Totally fake. Hotel took extra money for providing one single attach bed. fake

Spacious big, neat and clean rooms, location of the hotel is really good, they should start their lift too as people are really tiered after walking

Hotel staff refused to turn on the ac, and only minimal lights were on in the room

Room was average, there is no back up for power supply of air conditioner, as result room was warm. Condition of towel provided was not upto the hygiene. Very old towel and probably unwashed.

In the name of extra wedding, a mattress was laid on the ground. The room we booked was already booked. After leaving he was given a small room. Adjusted with great difficulty. I went with the family. I had to face a lot of difficulties. Was the worst experience till date.

The ambience and the temperature of the room was quite decent but the bedding was very bad and rough. The towels were very dirty and caused itchiness all over. The room did not have dental things. Overall it was good in respect to the price but there is a lot to improve.

No room service available, no safety. 2nd entrance was also available for public. Not satisfied, everything was ok, we can have this kind of hotel in under rs 1000

Hotel was not so clean lots of issues with hygiene as well as food is also not good. And employees service of this palace is to bad, they are not replying to our questions when we ask them about something related to hotels.

Not recommend to anyone who going with family no geyser connection if u start point than it burn and they ask u full money for that if anyone tell them it's your fault then they misbehave with you so please don't go and stay there

It is basically a marriage garden with some rooms. Very costly, no food, pathetic bathroom, no tv in our room, no tea, no coffee, below average room. It could be 600-800 per day category room.
