the hospitality that I got from the staff is quite good. but the bathroom need to fix . it doesn't flush. the blanket need wash that's it.

the room was very dirty with broken ac and no screens though we had book a suite and the management was so bad too

When i entered the room, there was no telephone so i had to personally call them through my phone after requesting a number to call down the reception. Food was good, the services seemed good and i liked the location of the place too.

I booked a deluxe room but guess what? There was no television, the wall paper was torn off on the bed side, the fan regulator was broken, they didn't provide us with any towel/soap/toothbrush/toothpaste till I demanded for it, there was tons of things that wasn't good. Will never visit again nor recommend to any other people.

Nice room and water was the best part and the best place for the couples highly recommend and good environment

Room walls are not furnished properly and lots of spots on the wall. Rest is fine , washroom is clean and neat

Location is good. Close to station and all amenities. Room is spacious and neat and well maintained. Food is good and reasonably priced.

The hotel provided a satisfactory experience. The staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. I recommend considering hotel east inn for your accommodation needs.

The room wasn't upto my expectations. It had just bare minimum facilities. It wasn't really worth the money.

The service are pathetic. No proper water supply for taking a shower. Even if you complain regarding anything it take eternal years for staff to resolve.

The location is good. It will not be a problem to locate the hotel since it's just beside the supermarket road. The food is also good with a reasonable price tag. I would recommend for a one night stay only

Good & humble stuff. Room is very much spacious, clean but the wash room fittings & cleanliness should be proper a bit. They should have a travel desk. Hope in future i'll visit again and these issues will be resolved soon.

First of all, the water from the tap stink very badly. Showers and taps not functioning properly. The room was a deluxe ac room but ac is not properly align to the bed. The dust on the almirah is very visible. Mattress, bedsheet and pillows are not very clean. The dinner also not upto expectation. Overall, the picture doesnt match the reality. Only breakfast was ok.

So far, the hotel is great, the room is tidy and clean including the washroom, spacious, comfortable bed, good service and moreover the staffs were very polite and approachable. I believe i'll have an amazing stay here.
