soloThis hotel from outside looks like a gateway to hell with zero staff and zero amneties rooms are like zero oxygen and suffocating when u ask for something no one picks the call and there is no one to listen your request. Very very very poor and no service

Room is spacious and interior is also good. But tv is not working. Tap in bathroom is also not working properly. Food is little bit costly.

When we reach the location of the hotel we found no hotel with this name. Now the name of the hotel is changed and the staff is not so good.

familyFood was good. Lobby rest room was stinking a lot. As it was close to the dining area which made me feel more disgusting.
Hotel was quite good. Didn’t expect such good stay within the price we paid. Only i faced one problem is that the hotel name is not anymore gopika. It has changed to “royal villa”. They should update the name everywhere.

The whole experience was quite good. I really liked the architecture and design of the hotel and rooms. Staff was co-operative and polite. 100% recommended. Other than this, the hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service is good. 😊

Bad experience

I booked one superior double room with 2+1 occupancy however i was given a standard double room. The bathroom stinks and unbearable to stand inside. When asked for additional bed for child, hotel asked for additional money. I explained that i already paid extra while booking however hotel staff still asked for additional money. There are no facilities like mini fridge, hair dryer etc. The cable tv got deactivated twice during a single night stay.

They take care of your measuring the temperature the hotel room was quite good the location of this hotel is also good nearby there is a tdi mall and restaurant bikaner wala from just 2 kilometre from here and there is one restaurant pinch of spices where you can have your afternoon meal there is a tdi mall also nearby where one can enjoy the shopping

familyThe services of the Hotel were very good. The staff was helpful in nature. The room was good and the washroom was also nice. We had only the dinner from the Hotel and they had the thali system which was ok in taste. The property was safe for the family.

Decent rooms, good food, value for money

coupleWe stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is newly built. Had to ask room service to clean room and change bedsheets. Bathroom was clean. No variety in breakfast. Hotel restaurant serves good food. Hotel location is nearby Taj Mahal. There was no hot water and no DTH connection T.V for 2 days of our stay. Asked the hotel staff about it, they kept giving excuses.
