Hotel City Palace

Rooms are bit outdated . Need renovation over all of the rooms . We room two rooms both are same condition. Bathroom infrastructure- doors broken, bucket and jug very old and dirty and the ebe sheets were spots all over. Walls full with spots and stains. Reception was smooth check in and stay was peaceful but the rooms are need attention for a proper renovation and maintenance. Can’t visit again !!! The room was not good like old and outdated . Bathroom utensils was very poor conditions and bathroom door was almost ready to be broken . And bed sheets were spots and walls of the room there weee stains

No fridge, breakfast wss pathetic they ordered it from outside and no hygiene in the place

Everything was decent and clean , though the hotel could provide all necessary details such wifi password and room service details during check in , the overall experience might have been smoother. Nevertheless had a very nice and relaxing stay

I assumed the hotel must be maintained well seeing its location. However it was extremely unhygienic.

In the middle of the city, spacious room, parking available, good & cooperative staff. Vegetation food available in the hotel itself branded as bojanam. Rooms were clean and hotel has also maintained the cleanliness. Hot water was not accessible.
