1. Hotel did not have a adequate ligts in bed room no geezer av l at room water faciity very poor as we open the tap water flow in opposite directions 2. Cleaning of room very poor no dusting there no keetle av l for hot water 3. No breakfast av l hotel staff said u have to wait till 11 for breakefast.

Really very bad experience in my life

It was great experience travelling Jalandhar and staying at this hotel, I am mesmerised with aroma of the hotel

Rooms are not clean. Matress and bed are not comfortable. Washrooms are dirty. Water in taps have dirty smelled. Bad experience

Rooms not clean, washroom worst, damaged walls, no bucket or shower in bathroom. Fan's regulator was not working and broken. No proper parking facility for car. No proper answer from the enquiry even on repeated calls.

Very bad room don't ever go for this hotel. Staff behaviour is very poor it is totally wastage of money and one of time staff rejects that the booking is confirmed tooo much frustrated from staff my opinion don't go ever to this place

Room is not clean at all there is a lizard in a room washroom is not clean. Room is smelly Tata sky is not working and when I ask to change my room management will take 2 hrs for that so it's a bad experience for me.

Not recommend to stay with family. Very poor hygiene. You need visit reception every time when need something. Food also not up to the mark at per cost.

It was great experience for me and my friend to stay in this hotel. Food and service were very good. Locality is so near to bus stand and railways station. Market is near the hotel. Staff was so co operative.

Location on google map is totally different as compared to original location. Room Pradesh video was not up to mark. AC water was leaking. Not provided even with complementary water and insisted on paid water. It's one star hotel

Very bad the room is smelling and when we reached they said no room is available right now intact our booking is confirmed. Then we have to wait for 1hrs for getting the room very bad for employees. Thanks

Good hotel near main market / great service and food. Located centre in the city easy to approach many places. Most important thing is they have open sky bar which is very neat and clean. Nice view from the top.
