Hotel Atul Residency

Geyser was not working, tv was not working, bed sheet was short, tea was given after one hour every time. Very bad service and experience in this hotel.

Hotel was good and service is also good

Pathetic and poor experience. Although we had booked room and paid in advance but as we reached the hotel they said that forgot to reserve a room for you (more apparent reason seems that they might have given room to someone else for higher charges as there was exam rush that time) they arranged our stay in hotel lobby and one of us had to sleep on the floor. I couldn't do much as I had exam next day, but the whole episode has left a very negative impression about the services of hotel.

Rooms very neat & clean, hotel location very good near bus stand my stay here for 1, day very comfortable stay but services are not best its value for money for business man travel to patila at the end it's good

Hotel needs to get improvements. Not value fot money. In same value you can find some hotel near by that area where you can get more fasilities .. Staff needs to learn things how to work in a hotel. Thats it

Hotelier is just close to bus stand which is convenient and also there is cleanliness in room. Room service is also good. It is provides value for money. As it was just 1 day trip so can't say much about facilities and I wouldn't recommend it for family stay.

Room was good but not a single facilities were there geyser was not working no purified drinking water.. No food facilities were there.. You will have to walk a good distance to get good food. Rest up to you.

Good hotel, just opp to Bus stand, kind staff, for family it's worth taking a room their, food was also supplied in a good traditional manner. A. C was good, booking in make my trip reduced my money or else I can't afford to pay for it.
