The hotel was situated at a nice place with everything within walking distance but the hotel appearance was not at all appealing. The rooms were not very clean. The food is nice given it's a pure veg place and the staff is courteous and helpful.

Pocket friendly rooms, especially for students like us. Rooms were clean, spacious. Restaurant food quality was also good. The rooms we booked did not have a mountain view. But there is terrace where one can always go to see the beauty of the city and mountains.

Horrible hospitality of the hospital handler. Booked two 3 bedrooms but got one three bedroom and one double bedroom. And, that also after a lot of hazard. The hotel receptionist also said that, "that we have to take whatever she offered, otherwise, she will cancel our booking".

Room was really nice and has Hot water facility, flat TV, got a private terror and the view from there is amazing. They accept Paytm which is really helpful! Local tour is also arranged by them at good cost! Very courteous and helpful stuff!

Great place to stay, enjoyed my 2 day stay at Kalimpong. The staff are prompt. Responsive, sightseeing was a charm. Vehicle provided was nice. Overall, a never to forget destination both the hotel and of course Kalimpong.
