Rooms are untidy . Check -in and check -out systems not suitable for customers.Chek-in and check -out 12 noon to 12 noon next day.If you wish to check -in at 8-00 am you have to pay one day extra Ranchi if you check -in at 9-00 am your check -out time will be 9-00 am next day though check -in and check -out time is 12 noon to 12 noon next day.But in Deoghar no such system is there.

Location of the hotel is good. Room service was very poor. Water bottle , towel was not served although we requested several times. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Rooms are not well ventilated. But the food served to us quite hygienic which was paid by us.

Although it is difficult to locate from outside. Once you are inside the hotel the rooms are quite good. Rooms are clean. Very good budget hotel. Room service is quite prompt . . Location wise good, nearer to Satsang Gate, hotel staff and manager well behave with guests. They have their own restaurant.
